Casa Cook is a relatively newly opened boutique hotel (with locations on both Kos and Rhodes!) that focuses on bohemian living and interior, and anyone who follows me on Instagram has seen me obsess over this gorgeous place before. Being a complete sucker for light flowing curtains, this definitely seems like the place for me, and the light drizzling in creates almost a magical effect. Never underestimate the power of shadow play from a pair of amazing curtains to make an entire interior!
What I also really love about this interior is that I immediately spot so many potential DIY projects, from the wooden bedside table, the natural rope lamps and concrete details. One thing however caught my eye especially, and that is the low sofa in the living room (last photo), what a simple yet spectacular DIY idea! In this photo it has been built towards a rise in the concrete flooring which allows for the open plan space to flourish, but it could just as well be built towards a wall. Cheap (all you need are a few massive pillows), easy to change and simple to make, my favourite combination when it comes to DIY!
